During the month of November, the following members of Little Rock Air Force Base received nonjudicial punishment under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice.


314th Maintenance Squadron

A senior airman failed to follow the proper technical order procedures. The member received forfeiture of $300 pay and 30 days extra duty.

An airman basic gave a false official statement to the assistant section chief. The member received forfeiture of $100 pay.
A senior airman submitted a false official record (BAH application), falsified divorce paperwork and forged the judge’s signature, committed bigamy and adultery. The member received reduction to airman basic.


714th Training Squadron

An airman first class violated curfew restrictions, slammed open a door into a picture frame and carried and drove with an inflated blow-up doll. The member received reduction to airman with reduction to airman basic suspended and 30 days extra duty.


314th Civil Engineer Squadron

A senior airman left the Fire Department Communication Center unmanned. The member received suspended reduction to airman first class, 45 days extra duty and a reprimand.


314th Logistics Readiness Squadron

An airman first class failed to go at the time prescribed to appointed place of duty on two occasions, failed to obey lawful order on two occasions and gave a false official statement. The member received reduction to airman with reduction to airman basic suspended, restriction for 45 days with 15 days suspended, 45 days extra duty with 15 days suspended and a reprimand.


314th Security Forces Squadron

An airman first class failed to obey a no-contact order given by the first sergeant. Member received suspended reduction to airman, restriction to the base for 45 days, 15 days extra duty and a reprimand.


463rd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron

A senior airman misused a government travel card, made a false official statement and dishonorably failed to pay the debt on a government travel card. Member received suspended reduction to airman first class, 21 days extra duty and a reprimand.
