Dinosaurs roam Alltel Arena

Walking With Dinosaurs – The Live Experience and Alltel Arena are offering a $10 discount to all Military personnel and family. Performances will be held Wednesday, Nov. 7 through Sunday, Nov. 11 at Alltel Arena. Internationally renowned designers have worked with scientists to create 15 life-sized dinosaurs, including the terror of the ancient terrain, Tyrannosaurus Rex. Hear them roar. 'Nina' docks in North Little Rock

Discover the “Nina,” docked at the Salty Parrot, 100 Riverfront Dr., North Little Rock, Nov. 23 through 26. The “Nina” was built completely by hand and without the use of power tools.

Archaeology magazine has called the ship “the most historically correct Columbus replica ever built.” While in port, the general public are invited to visit the ship for a walk aboard self-guided tour. The “Nina” is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for senior citizens and $3 for students.
