Pride Trivia Event
A LGBT Pride Trivia event will be held from 2-4 p.m. June 29 at the Crossroads Café. Trivia categories will range from LGBT history to other general categories.
A&FRC Classes
The Airman and Family Readiness Center offers the Team Little Rock community classes on topics including Deployment, Employment/Career Focus, Family and Spouse, Money Matters, Moving/PCSing, Professional Development, Separation/Retirement and Volunteering. Upcoming classes include:
How to Become a Millionaire – at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Car Buying – from 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Interview 101 – from 9 -11 a.m. Tuesday

Nutrition seminar
The 19th Medical Group Health Promotion office offers seminars on Whole 30 Nutrition at noon June 30 and at 8 a.m., noon and 4 p.m. July 7. The Whole 30 Nutrition Challenge is a 30-day commitment to clean eating. The first official day of the health promotions sponsored challenge July 11. The seminar will cover program “rules,” provide supportive resources and a question and answer session with the base dietitian. For more information or to register for the class, call 501-987-7288.
